　　The Hunan Yueci Gaoxin science and technology limited company is a joint stock company based on the modernized enterprise system,which registered by the Hunan province and the Yue Yang commercial administration authority.The company is in an advantageous geographical position,so it’s better for the transportation.

　　The company focuses on the modern scientific management and realizes the unification among the concept, market, management and personnel by enterprise shareholding reform and absorb the social high quality resources and advanced ideas. It has transformed from the traditional family management to shareholding system modern management, basically established the management mode and operation system with scientific management, democratic decision, foreseeable strategy, normative operation and special enterprise culture, which all set up a solid foundation for the enterprise constant development.

　　The company is the first high technology enterprise in domestic, which independently research, develop and manufacture the complete set of electromagnetic stirring system. Since last 1970s, our main technical personnel have been devoting to the research of EMS system, who participate in many import national science and technology project and the different EMS research work. We have successfully designed and manufactured the EMS system nearly for four hundred sets with the traveling wave magnetic field, rotating magnetic field and other different magnetic field used hearth, tundish, mould zone, secondary cooling zone and solidification zone. The develop ability and technical level is in the leading position in domestic.

　　Depended on the excellent processing equipment, advanced production technology, complete testing means, the integrated management system, abundant personnel and quality assurance system, the company is striving to establish the comprehensive shareholding enterprise, which makes the lifting electromagnetic traditional products as base, the complete set of EMS system as main products, other electrical mechanical equipment and automatic control equipment.

　　The company lays emphasis on the independent innovation, the scientific development concept consolidation and core competitiveness improvement. Every year, the company extracts 6% of sales income as the scientific research funds to update the traditional products, research the new products and improve the living condition of research staff. At the same time, it strengthens the close exchanges and cooperation with scientific research institutes. We have established the strategic cooperation partner relationship with Beijing Steel Research Institute, Hunan University and have been the base for their research products. The large slab stirring system researched by us is the first in domestic, which has been into production in nearly ten big metallurgical enterprises. The complete set system has reached the international advanced technology level on the same products, which totally can replace the imported products. It is listed as the Key Project by Hunan Science and Technology Agency in 2009.
